My philosophy is that every person comes to me with strengths. Sometimes in the midst of a life transition or crisis, you may lose sight of what your strengths truly are. Our job together is to identify your strengths. Then, we can talk about goals that you hope to work towards.

The most important element in counseling is that there is a trusting relationship between you and me. It's my priority that you are comfortable being yourself in my office.
