GENERAL VISITATION GUIDELINES UPON REOPENING

The health and safety of our patients, visitors, employees, and our communities remain a top priority at Baron Counseling Services LLC. Therefore, in line with the latest guidelines issued by the Florida State Department of Health related to COVID-19, we have revised our visiting policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 All visitors/clients must:

• Wear face covering/mask required for all visitors/clients over the age of 2
• Be limited to one adult person per visit unless couples therapy
• Undergo temperature and symptom screening upon arrival*
• Perform hand hygiene and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Remain outside and/or in your vehicle until you are called to come in for session (waiting area seating is limited.)
• Limit going in and out of office areas
• Be expected to practice social distancing

*If a visitor/client does not pass the screening process or does not follow practice protocols, they will not be allowed to visit.

We understand that this is a particularly stressful time in your life, especially considering the pandemic. Please know that we remain wholly dedicated to supporting you and your family during this challenging time.   If you have any questions about these changes, please do not hesitate to speak with our office staff member, Patient Services Administration and/or your therapist.
